What can I say, If your like me and don’t always take the best care of your body this stuff is a great place to start. Im a carpenter and I get painful knees and hands from time to time. I have a form arthritis called ankylosing spondylitis, which can be as painful as it is hard to spell. Bought this for me granny last October at Glastonbury market. She’s suffered awfully with arthritis in her knees and ankles for years. Had the muscle rub as a sample tin, I’ve been battling a sore throat and ear infection for almost 3 weeks and nothing has helped. I tried this, literally as a last resort, rubbed it round my ear and neck, within 10 minutes I noticed a difference, within half an hour my ear pain had reduced to a minor ache! I will definitely be buying a full size to keep at home!
