I have found the muscle balm very useful to aid muscle/fascia release work in smaller areas, I like to use it for TMJ work and would recommend it for treating muscular tension/spasms.

Trial size is great to buy and try so you can decide if liked. Tried it a few times and I can’t see or rather feel what all the fuss is about. Absolutely nothing happened that is any different from similar items. Disappointed after reading others reviews.
